Delivery & Returns
Most items will be dispatched within 4-6 working days of you placing your order, or 2-3 weeks for any personalised item (where you select the acrylic colour or text). I don’t classify choosing chain length and colour as personalisation, so items where these are the only modification choice can be returned under the below policy.
Standard UK delivery is £2.80 (although some small items are £1.50 when purchased individually)
International Delivery costs £3.50 per order (or £2.00 for some small items purchased individually) *if you’re based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and any customs charges when the items arrive.
All deliveries are fulfilled using Royal Mail.
I know you’re super excited to receive your order, so will try our absolute best to get it out to you sharpish. Sometimes, however, the postman will take a little longer to deliver. If you want to get in touch about delivery then please contact me.
I’m confident you’ll absolutely love your Glitter Punk jewellery, but if you are unhappy with any of your items then please contact me to request a refund. I will refund any non-personalised, non-custom item which is unused and in a re-saleable condition as long as you return it to me within 14 days of receiving it, including the original cost of delivery.
If the item arrived broken I may ask you for a picture of it so I can pass it on to Royal Mail before issuing a refund.
Once I have received the returned item I’ll issue a refund using the original payment method within 7 working days. You are responsible for the postage cost of returned items.
If your jewellery is damaged then wing me an email on email@example.com, letting me know what has happened along with a picture. I will happily replace or repair any broken item within six months of purchase (as long as the fault is within the piece), and will do repair work if possible outside this time for a small fee. If the damage is not as a result of a fault in the piece (for example it was broken after being placed in a drawer underneath a heavy item and snapped), and the item can be saved, I will do repair work for a small fee.
Personalised and custom items are made to order so unfortunately I’m unable to offer any refunds unless they’re faulty. Earrings also cannot be refunded unless faulty for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
