Delivery & returns
Most items will be dispatched within 4-6 working days of you placing your order - if there is any variation to this it will appear on the relevant product page.
Standard UK delivery is £1.50 for small items and £4.00 for heavier items like mugs.
International Delivery costs £4.00 - £9.00 per order (*if you’re based outside the UK you may need to pay taxes and any customs charges when the items arrive).
I am not currently shipping to the EU from my website, however you can still shop from my Etsy store where all taxes are collected at checkout (so no additional charges will be due on delivery): https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/GlitterPunkJewellery
All deliveries are fulfilled using Royal Mail; for international mail your post will be handed over to your national carrier at the border (i.e. USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post etc.)
I know you’re super excited to receive your order, so I'll try my absolute best to get it out to you sharpish. Sometimes, however, the postman will take a little longer to deliver. If you want to get in touch about delivery then please contact me.
I’m confident you’ll absolutely love your Glitter Punk jewellery, but if you are unhappy with any of your items then please contact me to request a refund. I do not accept returns without any prior contact so please email before you pop it back in the post! I will refund any non-personalised, non-custom item which is unused and in a re-saleable condition as long as you return it to me within 14 days of receiving it, including the original cost of delivery.
If the item arrived broken I may ask you for a picture of it so I can pass it on to Royal Mail before issuing a refund.
Once I have received the returned item I’ll issue a refund using the original payment method within 7 working days. You are responsible for the postage cost of returned items, unless they are faulty.
If your item is damaged then wing me an email on email@example.com, letting me know what has happened along with a picture. I will happily replace or repair any broken item within six months of purchase (as long as the fault is within the piece), and will do repair work if possible outside this time for a small fee. If the damage is not as a result of a fault in the piece (for example it was broken after being placed in a drawer underneath a heavy item and snapped), and the item can be saved, I will do repair work for a small fee.
Personalised and custom items are made to order so unfortunately I’m unable to offer any refunds unless they’re faulty. Earrings also cannot be refunded unless faulty for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
