Delivery & returns
The basics
Most items will be dispatched within 4-6 working days of you placing your order - if there is any variation to this it will appear on the relevant product page.
Standard delivery to the UK is FREE!
For other countries international delivery costs £3.00 - £9.00 per order (*if you’re based outside the UK you may need to pay taxes and any customs charges when the items arrive).
US Tariffs are collected at checkout and will be passed on to the US government on your behalf, so you will not have to pay any additional or unexpected fees.
Shipping to the EU
I am not currently shipping to the EU from my website, however you can still shop from my Etsy store where all taxes are collected at checkout (so no additional charges will be due on delivery): https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/GlitterPunkJewellery
How will be item be delivered?
All deliveries are fulfilled using Royal Mail; for international mail your post will be handed over to your national carrier at the border (i.e. USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post etc.)
I know you’re super excited to receive your order, so I'll try my absolute best to get it out to you sharpish. Sometimes, however, the postman will take a little longer to deliver. If you want to get in touch about delivery then please contact me.
As a guideline most UK mail will arrive within 5 working days; internationally it can be between 2-7 weeks depending on customs.
What about tracking?
The standard free shipping doesn't include tracking (which is normal for UK post!)
However I do offer it as an upgrade - just add it at checkout and your fulfillment email will contain a link to track your parcel.
Returns
I’m confident you’ll absolutely love your Glitter Punk items, but if you are unhappy with any of them then please contact me to request a refund. I will refund any non-personalised, non-custom item which is unused and in a re-saleable condition as long as you return it to me within 14 days of receiving it, including the original cost of delivery.
If the item arrived broken I may ask you for a picture of it so I can pass it on to Royal Mail before issuing a refund.
Once I have received the returned item I’ll issue a refund using the original payment method within 7 working days. You are responsible for the postage cost of returned items unless faulty, where I will provide you with a return label.
Colours vary from screen to screen and are a representation (but not an absolute illustration) of the final product. If you wish to return an item due to minor differences in colour you may do so by contacting me at hello@glitterpunk.co.uk for return instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
