Refund policy
I’m confident you’ll absolutely love your Glitter Punk items, but if you are unhappy with any of them then please contact me to request a refund. I will refund any non-personalised, non-custom item which is unused and in a re-saleable condition as long as you return it to me within 14 days of receiving it, including the original cost of delivery.
If the item arrived broken I may ask you for a picture of it so I can pass it on to Royal Mail before issuing a refund.
Once I have received the returned item I’ll issue a refund using the original payment method within 7 working days. You are responsible for the postage cost of returned items unless faulty, where I will provide you with a return label.
Colours vary from screen to screen and are a representation (but not an absolute illustration) of the final product. If you wish to return an item due to minor differences in colour you may do so by contacting me at hello@glitterpunk.co.uk for return instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your goods are damaged then send me an email hello@glitterpunk.co.uk, letting me know what has happened along with a picture. I will happily replace or repair any broken item within six months of purchase (as long as the fault is within the piece), and will do repair work if possible outside this time for a small fee. If the damage is not as a result of a fault in the piece (for example it was broken after being placed in a drawer underneath a heavy item and snapped), and the item can be saved, I will do repair work for a small fee.
Personalised and custom items are made to order so unfortunately I’m unable to offer any refunds unless they’re faulty. Earrings also cannot be refunded unless faulty for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
